Yoga Chats

Yoga is a vast vault of knowledge, and an Asana (posture) class doesn't always have the space to tap into its potential.

This immersive experience combines yogic philosophy and guided practices in a palatable way that is both educational and a relaxing self-care experience.

This session is for you if you're interested in what yoga has to offer off the mat. It is a fully customizable experience through which you can learn about the ancient knowledge of yoga and ayurveda.

Book this for yourself or as a group activity with your wellness besties for a night in.

Beverages & light snacks are included in the price.

Guided practices may include yoga, pranayama (breath work) and meditation.

Topics can include but are not limited to: finding purpose in your daily life, easing anxiety, increasing mental focus, positive thinking, letting go, emotional regulation, self-awareness, routine, better sleep, and so much more!
